SHCODE (에스에이치코드, "we") handles your personal location information in the K-OREA app as follows, under Korea's Act on the Protection, Use, etc. of Location Information (the "Act").

"Near me" on the map and your day plan's starting point use your location on your phone only. The Korea arrival check also keeps your coordinates on your phone and sends only its result. The app uses location only while it is open on screen, never in the background, and removes location data from stamp photos before upload.
As the Act requires (Article 16(2)), we automatically record each use of location for the taxi fare estimate (from your current location), nearby pharmacies and hospitals, spot stamps (photo and visit), and the Korea arrival check (when a GPS result, in Korea or not, is sent to our server: a free arrival day, starting a waiting K Pass, an invite code, or starting a pass right after purchase): the time, the feature, how the location was obtained (your phone's operating system), the version of your consent, and a one-way hashed account or install identifier, never coordinates or your IP address. We keep these records for 186 days from the day they are made, so never less than 6 months, and then delete them automatically (server disk backups can hold them for up to 7 more days).
When the purpose is met or the period ends, we delete without delay. Values held temporarily in server memory expire on their own, and database records are deleted so that they cannot be recovered. Deleting your account or withdrawing location consent deletes your stamp records and usage records without delay.
We do not give your location to third parties. For taxi fares and medical facilities we pass coordinates, as a lookup only and without anything that identifies you, to NAVER Cloud (Directions API) and Korea's Public Data Portal (National Medical Center API). If this ever changes, we will tell you in advance who receives it and why, ask for your consent, and notify you each time it is given of who received it, when, and why.

에스에이치코드(SHCODE, 이하 "회사")는 「위치정보의 보호 및 이용 등에 관한 법률」(이하 "법")에 따라 K-OREA 앱에서 이용자의 개인위치정보를 다음과 같이 처리합니다.

지도 "내 주변"과 일정 출발점은 기기 안에서만 위치를 쓰고 회사 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 한국 도착 확인도 좌표는 기기 안에서만 쓰고 판정 결과만 보냅니다. 앱은 화면에 떠 있을 때만 위치를 사용하며 백그라운드 위치를 쓰지 않습니다. 도장 사진에서는 위치 메타데이터를 지운 뒤 올립니다.
법 제16조 제2항에 따라 택시 예상 요금(현재 위치 출발), 주변 의료기관 찾기, 여행 스팟 도장(사진·방문), 한국 도착 확인(GPS 판정 결과(한국 안/밖)를 서버로 보낸 경우: 도착 하루권, 대기 K Pass 시작, 초대 코드, 결제 직후 시작)에 위치를 이용할 때마다 이용 일시, 이용한 기능, 취득 경로(휴대폰 운영체제), 동의 판, 이용자 식별값(일방향 해시)을 자동 기록하며 위치 좌표와 IP 주소는 기록하지 않습니다. 6개월 이상 보존하도록 기록일로부터 186일간 보관한 뒤 자동 파기합니다(서버 디스크 백업에는 최대 7일 더 남을 수 있습니다).
보유 기간이 끝나거나 처리 목적을 달성하면 지체 없이 파기합니다. 서버 메모리의 임시 값은 만료 시 자동 소멸하고, 데이터베이스 기록은 문서·필드를 삭제하여 복구할 수 없게 합니다. 계정을 삭제하거나 위치 동의를 철회하면 해당 이용자의 도장 기록과 확인자료를 지체 없이 파기합니다.
회사는 개인위치정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 택시 요금 계산과 의료기관 조회를 위해 좌표를 네이버클라우드(길찾기 API)와 공공데이터포털(국립중앙의료원 위치 조회 API)에 조회 값으로만 전달하며, 이용자를 식별할 수 있는 정보는 보내지 않습니다. 제3자 제공을 하게 되면 미리 제공받는 자와 목적을 알리고 동의를 받으며, 제공할 때마다 제공받는 자·일시·목적을 즉시 통보합니다.
동의 철회, 일시 중지, 확인자료 열람·고지·정정을 요구할 수 있습니다. 앱 My → 설정 → 위치, 또는 4ddesigner@naver.com 로 요청하십시오.
